Looking at homes is my passion. I enjoy the searching process & will work with you to find exactly what you are looking for. I'm very familiar with the current inventory & go on Broker Tours every Tuesday to see new listings on the market.

If what you are looking for is not currently listed I watch the market daily & when a new listing comes on the market ~ I will forward it to you so you can be the first buyer to see that listing.

Listing your home is a major decision. I will work very hard for you to market your home & place it on the RMLS along with about 12 other websites to give you a competitive edge over the current competition. I keep it refreshed in the RMLS & will update the photos & flyers so it is always current. I hold "Open Houses" every Sunday & work with many new buyers.

We all meet weekly to discuss the market, share business news, stay current on real estate laws and the financial market.
